Applicant must have completed 12 credits last semester and 24 credits at Bridgewater State College as of December 31. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident who is enrolled or enrolling in a full-time masters degree program in social work or other mental health fields at an accredited university in the MD/D.C. region, is fluent in english and another language, and will work full-time as a bilingual specialist in a mental health field in Maryland for each year funded. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a student of color (African-American, Asian, Hispanic, Native American, Pacific Islander) who resides in West Michigan with a declared major in a mental health-related field of study at an accredited college/university located within Michigan. Graduate level students will be given first preference. Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA and financial need are required.

Applicants must be a resident of Washington and be a graduate level student studying mental health. Students must be members of the LGBTQ and allied community and display leadership either within the LGBTQ community or within their field of study and demonstrate financial need. Students with additional barriers to education as well as those who are economically, racially, socially, geographically, or politically disenfranchised will be given consideration as well.
