Applicant must be a resident of Vermont who will pursue a degree in healthcare and/or human resources at an accredited school approved for federal Title IV funding and intends to work in Vermont for a minimum of one year. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale and have plans to enroll as a full-time student in a degree-seeking program at a four-year accredited institution in the United States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Guam during the upcoming academic year. FAFSA is required. Program will begin as of fall 2009.

Applicant must be a current or past graduate of a Johnson County high school who is pursuing a business-related, human resources or legal degree full-time at an accredited college or university. Minimum 2.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a resident within San Joaquin County who is a senior in high school planning to attend a two- or four-year university in the fall and major in human resources, business administration, management, psychology, or education. Minimum 3.3 GPA, commitment to service in community, and financial need must be demonstrated.
