Applicant must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident who has recently graduated or is about to graduate from an institution which is a member of or affiliated with AUCC. Applicants presently studying in the U.S. are not eligible.

Applicant must submit a research proposal related to space and including an extramural research experience at a NASA field center, plan to be involved in ASGC outreach activities, and demonstrate career interests congruent to NASA's aerospace, science, and technology programs. Selection is based upon research proposal, letters of recommendation, resume, standardized test scores, and transcript.
