Applicant must be a legal resident of Delaware, a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen and be enrolled at a Delaware college in an undergraduate program leading to teacher certification. Applicant must have a minimum 2.75 GPA and a minimum SAT score of 1570.
Renewable if recipient maintains a minimum 2.75 GPA.
Loan must be repaid by a year of service teaching in a Delaware public school for each year of award or by a cash repayment.
