Applicants must be full-time juniors, seniors, graduate students or sophomores applying for their junior year and major in one of the following fields: agriculture education, horticulture, floriculture, landscape design, botany, biology, plant pathology/science, forestry, agronomy, environmental concerns, economics, environmental conservation, city planning, wildlife science, habitat or forest/systems ecology, land management or related areas. Students must have a minimum 3.25 cumulative GPA and be a U.S. citizen.

The fields of study are interdisciplinary, computer and information science and engineering, mathematical sciences, geosciences, psychology, social sciences, life sciences, chemistry, physics and astronomy and engineering.

Applicants must be enrolled in a bachelor's or graduate degree program in nursing or nurse anesthesia. They must be in the U.S. Army, planning to enter the U.S. Army, or be the parent, spouse or child of a U.S. Army officer. They cannot already be receiving funding from any source that is associated with the U.S. Army. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.

Applicants must be high school seniors, undergraduate or graduate level college pursuing a degree that will lead to a career in the science, technology, engineering or math fields. Preference given to those students with space related interests. Students must be U.S. citizens. Applicants will submit, along with the application, a video of themselves speaking on the topic of "Why you are inspired by space." Finalists will be expected to speak at the Goddard Memorial Dinner in March.

The contest occurs four times a year with deadlines of March 1, June 1, September 1, and December 1. Applicants must be pursuing coursework in public health, communications, social work, education, liberal arts or a related field. A minimum 2.0 GPA is required and students must be U.S. citizens. Applicants should display a commitment to community service and reducing tobacco usage in priority populations.

Applicants must be college students at least eighteen years of age who are legal residents of the U.S. or its territories and possessions. Students are to submit their most creative cover letter for a job application. Cover letter should be creative and can use music, video, social media or any other means to creatively convey strengths and value to a company that one would provide.

Applicants must be undergraduate or graduate level students, U.S. citizens, and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Students will submit an essay explaining the importance of financial literacy in both their lives and their career. Special consideration given to applicants who are actively promoting financial literacy within their community.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. The contest is monthly. Applicants will submit a post to be entered into that month's competition. The post with the most votes at the end of the month wins. Applicants must enter a new post each month to be considered for that month's competition.

Applicants must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident or hold a valid student visa. Students must also be enrolled in or accepted to a college, university or trade school as an undergraduate or graduate level student within the U.S. Applicants will need to submit an article or video on a technology topic that describes and/or solves a specific problem. The contest is held twice a year.

Applicants must be enrolled in or accepted to a two or four-year college or university within the U.S. Students must be pursuing a career in computer science, information technology, management information systems, computer engineering or another related field. A minimum 3.0 GPA is required. The application requires an essay on the stated topic. Students must also actively participate in community service and/or extracurricular activities.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens who are currently enrolled or will be enrolled the following semester full-time at an accredited college or university in the U.S. Students will need to provide proof that they are HIV-positive. Applicants must also submit an essay on how HIV was contracted, how it has affected their life, and what they wish those living without HIV knew about living with the virus. The scholarship is awarded monthly.

Applicants must be California residents pursuing a degree in healthcare/nursing. Students are required to submit an essay on the designated topic found on the website. After applicants are narrowed down, the essays will then need to be shared on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or other social networking page and receive votes. Contest runs quarterly.

Applicants must have a medically diagnosed physical or mental impairment that interferes with everyday activities or quality of life and can provide a physician's statement regarding their impairment. A minimum GPA of 2.5 is required. Students must be a legal resident of the U.S. and enrolled full time for the upcoming fall semester. Applicants will need to submit a short essay describing an obstacle or hardship incurred due to their medical condition, how the student overcame that obstacle, how it influence the student's life and how it will impact them in the future. Selection is based on the essay.

Applicants must be majoring in special education and must be taking at least one major-required class in the upcoming fall semester. Applicants must also be U.S. citizens and have a minimum GPA of 2.5 or greater. Students will need to submit an essay describing why they are pursuing career in special education and how they plan to make a difference in the lives of the disabled. Selection is based on the essay.

Applicants must be currently residing in the United States, Brazil, India, South Korea, Australia, Japan, United Kingdom or Canada. Applicants must be full-time enrolled college students or alumni. If an alumni is awarded, the funds will be given to the college. Applicants will need to complete a survey and submit a 750-word essay on one of the topics found within the survey.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens. Students must want to study abroad for at least one full semester at an accredited institution. Selection is based on academic and extracurricular achievement, community involvement, future ambitions and financial need. Scholarship is awarded on a ongoing basis with no deadlines.
