Leadership & Ethics Award

Award: $5,000, Deadline: May 31; November 30

Applicant must be able to demonstrate a commitment to leadership and community service.

 

Culture Award

Award: $2,500, Deadline: May 31; November 30

Applicant must have actively participated in an enrichment program (summer camp, youth group, travel abroad, etc.).

 

Athletic Scholarship

Award: $9,000, Deadline: None

Applicant must have completed the athletic tryout and be recommended by the Athletic Department.

 

Academic Scholarship

Award: $19,100, Deadline: None

Applicant must be a student who shows strong academic promise. Minimum ACT score of 25 and minimum 3.5 GPA are required.

 

MC Scots Scholarship

Award: $16,000, Deadline: February 1

Applicant must be a first year student at Maryville College. Minimum 19 ACT or 900 SAT required.

 

Academic Excellence Scholarship

Award: $16,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be an entering first-time freshman or transfer student. Selection is based upon prior academic performance, high school GPA, SAT Reasoning/ACT scores, and cumulative college GPA (for transfers).

Panther Promise Tuition Waiver

Applicant must be an incoming freshman or transfer student attending Eastern Illinois University who has a household annual income ranging from $33,000 to $67,000.

 

Achieving, Celebrating, and Excelling (ACE) Award

Award: $3,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior who will attend Eastern Illinois University. Minimum 18 ACT and 3.0 GPA required.

 

College Access Foundation of California Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a full-time undergraduate student accepted to Eastern Illinois University. Financial need must be demonstrated.

 

EIU4 Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: April 1

Applicant must be an incoming freshman at Eastern Illinois University eligible for the EIU4 Program.

 

Entering Freshman Award

Award: $2,000, Deadline: February 1

Automatically awarded to all entering freshman to the Honors College at Eastern Illinois University with a minimum 26 ACT and 3.5 GPA.

 

Integrative Learning Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: February 1

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior or transfer student who will attend Eastern Illinois University and has evidence of engagement in service, research or activities that demonstrate an application of academic principles. Essay, minimum 23 ACT and 3.2 GPA required.

Applicant must be an undergraduate at the University of Florida who excels in the art and science of equine practice.

Beauty Schools Marketing Group $2,500 Cosmetology Scholarship

Award: $2,500, Deadline: January 31; April 30; July 31; October 31

Applicant must be planning to attend school in one of the following programs as a full-time student: barbering, beauty, cosmetology, cosmetology teacher training, electrolysis/electrology/laser hair removal, esthetics/skin care, hair design/hairstyling, makeup artist, nail technology, permanent makeup artist, hair braiding/natural hairstyling, or salon management.

 

Suart & Lucille Armstrong Scholarship

Applicant must be an Episcopalian in the Diocese of West Virginia; preference will be given to applicants from St. Christopher, Charleston. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

Burns Memorial Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Sissonville High School with plans to attend West Virginia University. Financial need and minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

Cavalier-Nichols Scholarship

Applicant must be attending a college or university in West Virginia. Minimum 3.5 GPA and 25 ACT required. Preference to those attending West Virginia University Institute of Technology.
