Applicant must be a resident of Oregon or Washington attending a school in Oregon for barbering, beauty, cosmetology, or hairdressing. FAFSA required.

Applicant must be a cosmetology student. An essay on the following question is required: Share what Vidal Sassoon's legacy of creativity, craftsmanship, professional drive and love of learning means to you. Also include how you see yourself changing lives through beauty as he did.

Applicants must be legal residents United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Students should be currently enrolled (or have been accepted to enroll) in an accredited post-secondary institution of higher learning (e.g. trade school, college or university) studying cosmetology. Applicants must submit a brief video of your best looks, skills or beauty tips.

Applicants must be residents or or hold valid student Visas from one of the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom or Australia.
