Applicant must meet one of the following criteria: be enrolled for a minimum of six credit hours per term or 180 clock hours at a college or university, enroll no less than part-time in a career certificate program consisting of no less than 450 clock hours at a career center, or enroll as no less than a part-time student in good standing at an educator preparation institute.
