Applicants are required to write about growing up a freethinker (atheist or agnostic), or why you reject religion, using a personal (biographical), or philosophical approach, or describing why you choose reason over faith. Experiences in rejecting religion in a religious society may be included. Essay should be 4-5 typed, double-spaced pages with standard margins. Applicant must choose his/her own title and must also include a paragraph biography identifying the college or university he/she is currently attending, year in school, major and interests. Provide permanent and campus addresses, phone numbers and e-mail. Do not include a resume.
