Applicant must be an outstanding in-district senior who will graduate this year from a public high school in Washtenaw County. Applicant must have a minimum 3.2 GPA or better on a 4.0 scale.

Applicant must be a permanent resident of Washtenaw County between the ages of 18 and 30 who is planning to attend Cleary University or Washtenaw community College. Applicant must be a non-smoker. Minimum 2.0 GPA and financial need are required.

Applicant must be a resident of Washtenaw County who is a graduating senior of any Ypsilanti or Ann Arbor public school with a minimum 2.5 GPA. Applicant must be able to demonstrate volunteer service and commitment to education/educational goals. Priority will be given to disadvantaged students.

Applicant must be a student from the Ann Arbor or Plymouth area, including Washtenaw or Western Wayne County, pursuing studies in civil engineering at the undergraduate or graduate level. Applicant must be focusing on geotechnical or pavement studies at a Michigan ABET accredited university. Transcript and letter of recommendation are required to be submitted.
