South University -- Tampa Incentive Scholarship Program

Award: $8,000, Deadline: August 31

The Florida Incentive Scholarship Program is a merit scholarship for Florida high school graduates who receive recognition as a National Merit or National Achievement Scholars. Applicants must earn a standard Florida high school diploma; be a National Merit Finalist or National Achievement Finalist; enroll at an eligible Florida postsecondary institution; be a Florida resident; and enroll full-time (minimum 12 credit hours per term or quarter equivalency) in a baccalaureate degree program.

 

Women Band Directors International College Scholarships

Xavier University of Louisiana - National Merit Scholarship

Award: $2,500, Deadline: December 5

Applicant must be a National Merit Finalist who has designated Xavier University of Louisiana as his or her first-choice institution when completing the scholarship application. Applicants may change their top-choice selection by logging onto the Online Scholarship Application (OSA) website. Applicant must take the PSAT/NMSQT in the specified year of the high school program and no later than the third year in grades 9 through 12. Applicant must also be a citizen of the United States or be a U.S. lawful permanent resident.

 

Association William S. Bullinger Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: April 15

Applicants must be undergraduate or graduate law student who demonstrate financial need and academic promise. They must submit a one-page statement describing their financial circumstances, their interest in law and their qualifications for the scholarship along with transcripts and a curriculum vitae.

Giles Sutherland Rich Memorial Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: April 15

Applicants must be undergraduate or graduate law students who demonstrate academic ability and financial need. They must submit a one-page statement describing their financial need, their interest in law and their qualifications for the award. Applicants must also submit a transcript and curriculum vitae.

Health Resources and Services Administration-Bureau of Health Professions Scholarships for Disadvantaged Students

Award: $30,000, Deadline: June 30

Applicants must be full-time students, be from a disadvantaged background, demonstrate financial need and be studying in a health field, including medicine, nursing, veterinary medicine, dentistry, pharmacy and others. They must be U.S. citizens, nationals or permanent residents. All other criteria are set by individual schools.

 

St. John Vianney College Seminary Incentive Scholarship Program

Applicants must earn a standard Florida high school diploma; be a National Merit Finalist or National Achievement Finalist; enroll at an eligible Florida postsecondary institution; be a Florida resident; and enroll full-time (minimum 12 credit hours per term or quarter equivalency) in a baccalaureate degree program.

 

Electronic Document Systems Foundation Scholarship Awards

Award: $5,000, Deadline: May 2

Applicants must be full-time students interested in a career in the preparation, production or distribution of documents. Possible areas of study include marketing, graphic arts, e-commerce, imaging science, printing, web authoring, electronic publishing, computer science, telecommunications or business. For most scholarships, applicants must be junior, senior or graduate students; however opportunities exist for students at all levels, including those attending two-year colleges. Specific scholarships are available for U.S. and Canadian citizens. A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required.

TLMI Two-Year College or Technical Degree Program Scholarship

Applicants must be enrolled full-time in a flexographic printing program at a two-year college or degree-granting technical school. They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and have a demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in the tag and label industry. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.

 

St. Thomas University Incentive Scholarship Program

TLMI Four Year College Degree Scholarship Program

Applicants must demonstrate an interest in the tag and label manufacturing industry while taking appropriate courses at an accredited four-year college. They must be full-time sophomores or juniors with a GPA of at least 3.0. Applicants must submit a personal statement and three letters of recommendation attesting to their character.

 

Stetson University Incentive Scholarship Program

Worldstudio AIGA Scholarships

Award: $6,000, Deadline: April 22

Applicants must be full-time undergraduate or graduate students in fine arts, graphic design, illustration, interactive design/motion graphics or photography. They must have a GPA of at least 2.0 and demonstrate financial need. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Minority and economically disadvantaged students will be given special consideration.

The NEA-Retired Jack Kinnaman Memorial Scholarship

Applicants must be NEA student members, major in education and have a minimum 2.5 GPA. An essay describing activities in NEA, a brief paragraph describing financial need, two letters of recommendation and a copy of the most recent transcript are required.

 

Trinity Baptist College Incentive Scholarship Program

Osher Scholarship

Students must be Maine residents who are not currently enrolled in any college or university program and who have completed no more than 24 college credits. They must also qualify for and be accepted into the associate of arts degree program in liberal/general studies at a Maine community college.

 

Trinity College of Florida Incentive Scholarship Program

NNM American Society of Mechanical Engineers Scholarship

Students must have at least a 3.25 GPA, and they must have either an SAT score (combined Math plus Critical Reading only) of at least 930 or an ACT score of at least 19. Applicants must submit an essay and two letters of recommendation.

Lucy Kasparian Aharonian Scholarship

Applicants must be full-time undergraduate juniors, undergraduate seniors or graduate students who are enrolled at an accredited postsecondary institution. They must be pursuing a degree in architecture, computer science, engineering, mathematics or technology. Selection is based on academic merit and financial need.

 

Missouri State University Access Missouri Financial Assistance Program

Award: $2,850, Deadline: April 1

This need based program assists high school students with college costs. To be eligible applicants must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and a Missouri resident; must have filed the FAFSA by April 1; must be a current undergraduate student enrolled full time and have an EFC of $12,000 or less.

 

American Association of Japanese University Women Scholarship Program

Award: $2,000, Deadline: September 30

Applicants must be starting their junior or senior year in college or be in graduate school at a California school. They must be able to attend the awards ceremony in Los Angeles at their own expense. Applicants must demonstrate a desire to fulfill a leadership role in their chosen field of study and be a contributor to U.S.-Japan relations and cultural exchanges. Students must also submit an essay showing how their studies will contribute to leadership or to the relationship between the United States and Japan.

 

University of Missouri - St. Louis Access Missouri Financial Assistance Program

Applicants must be Connecticut students who are entering or currently attending a Connecticut college or university, and they must demonstrate exemplary academic achievement. International business students must be fluent in or be formally studying a foreign language.
