Gravure Education Foundation Scholarship

E.J. Sierleja Memorial Fellowship

Applicant must have a minimum 3.4 GPA, be an active IIE member, and be enrolled full-time. Preference given to applicant focusing on rail transportation.

 

Youth Activity Fund

Award: $5,000, Deadline: October 10

Applicant must be a student conducting individual scientific or exploration research projects through their respective school with a supervising instructor. Explanation of proposed research project, career objectives, proof of student enrollment with dates, and letter of recommendation from supervisor required to be submitted. Recipient must submit a project report within the deadline of the completion of his/her field experience.

 

Trustee Scholarship

Applicant must be a woman graduating from Wellesley College who intends to pursue graduate studies. Preference is given to those who have not previously held the award. Selection is based upon merit and need.

 

Peggy Howard Fellowship in Economics

Robinson A. McWayne Memorial Scholarship

Army ROTC Rotary Scholarship

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and a minimum combined SAT I score of 1070 (composite ACT score of 21) and be enrolled in ROTC.

 

ROTC Room and Board Scholarship

Applicant must be a woman and a resident of northern Nevada. Preference is given to female students at the University of Nevada & Community College System in Northern Nevada.

 

AWA Scholarship Awards

Applicant must be a California resident attending an accredited school in California who has completed at least 18 units in their major in a program granting a degree or certificate. Selection is based solely upon merit.

 

Mary M. Vergis Award

Award: $1,000, Deadline: June 1

Applicant must be a woman, single, a member in good standing for at least two years of Daughters of Penelope or of Maids of Athena or the daughter of an Ahepan or Daughter of Penelope, a resident of the U.S., Canada, or Greece, and be enrolled for at least nine units per academic year. Selection is based upon scholastic records and extracurricular activities.

 

Hawaii Chapter/David T. Woolsey Scholarship

Applicant must be a resident of Hawaii and submit a typed, double-spaced autobiography/statement of personal goals (500-word maximum), sample of design work, and two letters of recommendation.

 

LAF/CLASS Fund Scholarship and Internship

Applicant must demonstrate academic, community, and professional involvement and submit a 300-word (maximum) statement on landscape architecture, 100-word (maximum) statement indicating intended use of funds, and letters of recommendation.

 

William J. Locklin Scholarship

This scholarship emphasizes the importance of 24-hour lighting in landscape design. Applicant must submit essay, visual samples, and letter of recommendation.

 

Harness Horse Youth Foundation Scholarship

Selection is based upon experience with horses (especially harness horses), financial need, and scholastic achievements.

 

AAAE Foundation Scholarship

Applicant must be a full-time student in an aviation/airport management program.
