Arthur E. Copeland Scholarship

Applicant must be a legally blind male who has participated in a USABA sports programs and is enrolled/enrolling at a two-/four-year, technical institution, or university as a full-time student. Selection is based upon academic records, involvement in extracurricular and civic activities. Essay, transcript and references are required.

NALE Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: April 15 (fall); September 15 (spring); March 15 (summer)

Applicant must be at least one-quarter Native American and be an enrolled member of a U. S. tribe that is federally recognized, or terminated, with high GPA and test scores, and be enrolled in an accredited college or university.

 

Presidential Scholarship

Applicant must have a minimum combined SAT score of 1100, or an ACT score or 24, or a minimum 3.5 GPA to be invited. Other criteria varies on yearly basis.

 

Camille R. Torner Tuition Award

Award: $1,000, Deadline: May 15

Applicant must be fully enrolled in the basic BSN program or Accelerated Second Degree BSN program as stated on the applicant's School of Nursing Plan of Study. Minimum 3.0 GPA and good academic standing required.

 

Emma C. Miller Scholarship

Applicant must be a resident of Lorain County. Financial need and academic achievement are considered.

 

Robert E. Bass Scholarship

Roy E. Hayes, M.D. Memorial Scholarship

Myron and Elinor Kolbe Agricultural Scholarship

Award: $1,500, Deadline: March 1

Applicant but be an undergraduate student from Lorain County who is enrolled in a four-year college preparing for a career in agriculture, including but not limited to animal science and veterinary medicine. Preference is given to students from the Black River, Keystone, and Wellington School Districts. FAFSA and Student Aid Report are required.
