Applicant must be a graduate of a Hood River County high school who will attend a public or nonprofit college or university in Oregon. FAFSA required.

 

Huffstutter Family Stylist Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a resident of Oregon or Washington attending a school in Oregon for barbering, beauty, cosmetology, or hairdressing. FAFSA required.

 

International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 280 Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a child or grandchild of an active or retired member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 280.

 

Robert B. and Gladys E. Lee Memorial Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduate of Imbler High School who will attend a public or nonprofit college or university. FAFSA required. Preference given to those with a minimum 2.5 GPA.

 

Children of Insitu Scholarship

Applicant must be the dependent of a current or former employee of Insitu, Inc. who is a high school graduate and will enroll at least half-time in a college or university. FAFSA required.

 

Insurance Professionals of Portland Legacy Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduate of a Clackamas, Multnomah or Washington County high school who is majoring in business at a four-year public or nonprofit college or university on Oregon or Washington. FAFSA and minimum 3.25 GPA required.

 

Deserving Student Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: April 29

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior or student who plans to enroll in, or is already enrolled in, an undergraduate or graduate program of study in a regionally accredited community college, college, university, or vocational or technical institute. Minimum 3.0 GPA, demonstration of financial need, and essay required.

Wallace G. Iverson Local - Rotary Promise - of the Medford Rogue Rotary Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Cascade Christian, Crater, Eagle Point, North Medford, Phoenix, South Medford, or St. Mary's (Medford) High School who is highly motivated to succeed despite personal challenges. FAFSA and minimum 2.0 GPA required. Preference to those attending Rogue Community College or Southern Oregon University.

Applicant must be a graduate of a public or private high school in Choctaw County, OK, who plans to pursue studies in architecture, art, or forestry. Applicant must have been accepted for enrollment or enrolled in a two- or four-year undergraduate program at an accredited college or university.

 

Glenn Jackson Scholars Program

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior who is the dependent of an employee or retiree of the Oregon Department of Transportation or Parks and Recreation Department and will attend a public or nonprofit college or university. FAFSA required.

 

Joe Hornsby III Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: April 6

Applicant must be a graduating senior of a high school in Mesquite Independent School District who is planning to attend or be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited college, university or technical training program.

 

Jackson Foundation Journalism Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must major in journalism at a public or nonprofit college or university in Oregon. FAFSA required. Preference to applicants who have taken the SAT and have good essay scores.

 

Maria C. Jackson/General George A. White Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must have served, or have parents who serve or have served, in the U.S. armed forces and resided in Oregon at time of enlistment. FAFSA and minimum 3.75 GPA required. U.S. Bank employees, their children, and near relatives are not eligible.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Joseph High School in Oregon. FAFSA and minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduate of a public high school in Portland, Oregon who is majoring in music. FAFSA and minimum 2.5 GPA required. Preference for reed instruments and those attending Portland State or Oregon State University, and then any other Oregon public or nonprofit college or university.
