Applicant must be a graduate of a Hood River County accredited high school. FAFSA and minimum 3.0 GPA required (2.5 for college students). U.S. Bank employees, their children, and near relatives are not eligible.

 

Corr Family Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduate of a Clackamas, Columbia, Multnomah, or Washington County high school who is seeking job skills, but NOT a baccalaureate degree, in mechanical skills, welding, auto mechanic, fire science, landscaping and other vocational or trade fields. FAFSA required.

 

Doyle and Donna Shepherd Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduate of Cottage Grove High School who will attend a college or university in Oregon. Preference first to nursing, then other medical-related fields, and then to any other major. Preference also given for applicants attending Lane Community College or Oregon Health & Science University. FAFSA required.

Applicant must be a Harney County resident who graduated from Burns or Crane Union High School within the last two years and plans to attend a public or nonprofit college or university. FAFSA required.

Applicant must have attended Boise-Eliot elementary school and plan to enroll at least half time at a public or for-profit school in Oregon. FAFSA required.

Applicant must be affiliated with Trinity River Mission in Dallas, TX and be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in a regionally accredited college or university.

 

Crook County Foundation - Lookout Mountain Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduate of a public high school in Crook County who attended the school for three or more years prior to graduation and will attend a four-year public college or university in Oregon. FAFSA and minimum 2.75 GPA required.

 

J. Paul Rowan Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduate of a high school in Crook County who will enroll at least half time at a public or nonprofit college or university. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

 

The Dallas Morning News Journalism Scholarship

Award: $1,500, Deadline: April 27

Applicant must be a United States citizen or legal, permanent resident who is a graduating senior of a North Texas high school with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Applicant must show a demonstrated aptitude for print journalism and plan to pursue a four-year degree in journalism.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a public alternative high school in Oregon who will enroll at least half time at a college or university and is highly motivated to succeed despite overcoming a severe personal obstacle or challenge during their high school career. FAFSA and essay required. Preference to those with a minimum 2.0 and maximum 3.5 GPA.

 

Crowley Family Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduate of a Medford, Oregon high school who will pursue a degree in teaching at a public or nonprofit college or university with the goal of becoming a classroom teacher. FAFSA required. Preference to female students who demonstrate a strong work ethic and interest in community service.

 

McLeod Family Scholarship - Dallas High School

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must have graduated from Dallas High School within three years of the current academic year and enrolling in a college in California, Idaho, Oregon or Washington at least half time. FAFSA required. Preference to those pursuing a degree in liberal arts or health-related fields.

 

Jack Dannenhoffer Memorial Scholarship
