Applicant must attend Oregon Health & Science University or an Oregon law school and major in dentistry, law or medicine. FAFSA required.

 

Multnomah County Deputy Sheriffs' Association Dependents Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be the child or stepchild of an active or deceased member of the Multnomah County Deputy Sheriffs' Association.

 

Cornelia Valentine Murphy Memorial Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a member of the Oregon AFSCME Council # 75, or a child, grandchild, or spouse of a member in good standing. FAFSA required.

 

Karen Kazen Neal Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must have attended a Portland public elementary school or Wallowa High School and be attending a four-year public or nonprofit college or university pursuing a degree in teaching. FAFSA required.

 

NECA Oregon-Columbia Chapter Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior who is a child of a member of NECA Oregon-Columbia Chapter, a child of an employee of a member of NECA Oregon-Columbia Chapter, or a grandchild of a retired member.

 

Mark Richard Music Memorial Scholarship Program

Award: $500, Deadline: March 14

Applicant must be a United States citizen or permanent resident of Idaho for at least one year with a medical diagnosis of epilepsy. Applicant must be a high school graduate or hold an equivalent certificate and be either entering or continuing school and pursuing an academic or vocational undergraduate degree or certificate.

Earl and Edna Gillis Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Newberg High School who was active in the sport of wrestling and activities in the school and community. FAFSA required.

 

Isabel and Mary Ellen Gill Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Newberg High School who will attend a public or nonprofit college or university. FAFSA required. Preference to those planning a career as a teacher or educator.

 

Doerfler Newport High School Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Newport High School or a graduate of Newport High School who, within the past four years and directly from high school, have been continuously attending an Oregon college, service in the U.S. military, or serving on a church mission, and will attend a four-year public or nonprofit college or university in Oregon. FAFSA and minimum 3.0 GPA (2.5 for college students) required.

 

Ella McKinney Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduate of an Oregon high school who will major in nursing at an Oregon college accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC). FAFSA required.

 

North Eugene Retirees Association (NERA) Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from North Eugene High School who resides in Lane County. FAFSA and minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

North Eugene High School Alumni Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from North Eugene High School.

 

Clinton and Mary Anne Basey Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from North Lake High School that has attended North Lake for two or more years, and will attend a public or nonprofit college or university. Minimum 1000 combined SAT score, 14 composite ACT score and 2.5 GPA required.

 

Lawrence Scholl Family Scholarship - North Marion High School

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from North Marion High School who will attend a public or nonprofit college or university. FAFSA required. Preference to those who demonstrate a strong motivation in the chosen field of study/interest.

 

McLeod Family Scholarship - North Salem High School

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must have graduated within three years of the current academic year from North Salem High School and be attending a college or university in Oregon, California, Idaho, or Washington at least half time. FAFSA required. Preference to those majoring in liberal arts or a health-related field.

 

Oregon Association of Certified Fraud Examiners Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be enrolling as a college senior or above at a four-year public or nonprofit college or university in Oregon pursuing a degree in accounting, business, criminal justice, finance, law, law enforcement, or risk management. Minimum 3.25 GPA required.

 

Olex School Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must qualify for one of these preferences in the following order: Graduating high school senior who attended Olex School for one or more years; Enrolled in Olex School District #11 in 1983 or later for one or more years; Graduating high school seniors of a Gilliam County high school; or a resident of Gilliam County. FAFSA required.

 

Kimberly Olson Memorial Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduate of a Jefferson County high school who will enroll at least half time in a healthcare or medical-related field. FAFSA required.

 

Sherman and Wanda Olsrud Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a high school in Douglas, Jackson, Josephine, or Klamath county who will attend a public or nonprofit college or university. FAFSA and minimum 2.5 maximum 3.75 GPA required.

 

Olsrud 4-H and Future Farmers of America (FFA) Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a high school in Douglas, Jackson, Josephine, or Klamath County who has participated in a 4-H or FFA program for two or more years during high school and will attend a public or nonprofit college or university. FAFSA, essay and minimum 2.5 GPA required.

 

One World Scholarship Essay

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be 21 years of age or under as of the March scholarship deadline and attend a public or nonprofit college or university. Essay is required, and winning essays will be published.

 

Oregon Dungeness Crab Commission Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a child, stepchild, or legal dependent of a licensed Oregon Dungeness Crab Fishermen or crew who is 23 years of age or younger. Graduating high school seniors may choose any major; students already enrolled must be majoring in environmental science, marine biology, wildlife science, or another related major.

 

Oregon Horticulture Society Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be enrolling as a college sophomore or above majoring in agriculture science at a public or nonprofit college or university in Oregon. FAFSA required.

 

Oregon Library Association Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be enrolled or planning to enroll in graduate study toward the Master of LIbrary Science or comparable degree at a four-year public or nonprofit college or university. FAFSA and essay required.

 

Oregon Moving and Storage Association - Jack L. Stewart Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a dependent of an Oregon Moving and Storage Association (OMSA) member or employee who will attend a college or university in Oregon.

 

Oregon Occupational Safety and Health Division Workers Memorial Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a high school graduate who is the dependent or spouse of an Oregon worker who has incurred permanent total disability (PTD) while working for an Oregon employer, or be receiving fatality benefits as a dependent or spouse of an Oregon worker fatally injured on the job while working for an Oregon employer. FAFSA and essay required.

 

Oregon Salmon Commission Scott Boley Memorial Scholarship
