Intergraph Scholarship

Applicant must be an ASPRS member who is a student currently pursuing graduate-level studies or is planning to enroll for graduate studies in a recognized college or university in the United States or elsewhere. Award looks to facilitate graduate-level studies and career goals adjudged to address new and innovative uses of signal processing, image processing techniques, and the application of photogrammetry to real-world techniques within the earth imaging industry.

 

Francis H. Moffitt Memorial Scholarship

Applicant must be a student currently enrolled or intending to enroll in a college or university in the United States or Canada, who is pursing a program of study in surveying or photogrammetry leading to a career in the geospatial mapping profession. Award also includes a one-year student or associate membership (new or renewal) in ASPRS.

 

Abraham Anson Memorial Scholarship

Applicant must be an undergraduate student currently enrolled or intending to enroll in a college or university in the United States for the purpose of pursuing a program of study to enter a profession in photogrammetry, remote sensing, surveying and mapping, or geospatial science.

 

John O. Behrens Institute for Land Information (ILI) Memorial Scholarship

James L. Allhands Essay Competition

Applicant must be a full-time student who has attained a four- or five-year senior-level standing in a four-year ABET or ACCE-accredited (or candidate status) university construction or construction-related engineering program. Essay responding to a specific question each year is required.

 

Nico van Wingen Memorial Graduate Fellowship in Petroleum Engineering

Applicant must be a member of an official SPE Student Chapter and be at the Ph.D. level intending to pursue a career in academia. Nomination, application, statement of purpose, official transcripts, two letters of recommendation, and resume are required.

 

Presidential Scholarship

Applicant must have a combined SAT score of 1950 or higher (ACT composite of 28 or higher) and a secondary school rank in the top fifth at the end of their junior year, or have a combined SAT score of 1860 or higher (ACT composite of 27 or higher) and a secondary school rank in the top 10 at the end of their junior year. All freshmen applications submitted to the university will be reviewed for possible selection. Award amount is based on merit.

 

National Merit, National Achievement, and National Hispanic Scholarship

Applicant must be a semifinalist or finalist in the National Merit, National Achievement, or National Hispanic scholarship programs.

 

Achievement Scholarship for Business, Liberal Arts, and Hospitality Management

Applicant must have a minimum combined SAT score of 1800 (minimum ACT score of 26) and a "B+" average. Applicant must be enrolled in either a business, liberal arts, or hospitality management program and be able to demonstrate outstanding leadership, service, entrepreneurship, or citizenship. Selection will be based upon activities, recommendations, and academic record.

Honors Program Scholarship

Applicant must be a freshman student admitted to the Honors program. Applicant must apply for admission to the university in order to be considered.

 

Computing Medal Scholarship

Applicant must be a Computing Medal winner from a participating high school and be admitted and enrolled at RIT full-time immediately following graduation from high school.

 

Innovation and Creativity Award Scholarship

Applicant must be an Innovation and Creativity Award winner, selected by participating high schools based on outstanding achievements in innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship. Applicant must apply for admission to the school in order to be considered.

RIT/SAE Engineering Scholarship

Applicant must be enrolled in a engineering technology or engineering program. Selection is based upon academic record and leadership abilities.

 

RIT/FIRST Robotics Scholarship

Applicant must have a minimum combined SAT score of 1800 (composite ACT score of 26), a "B+" grade average, and have participated on a high school FIRST team. Application for admission and scholarship application are required in order to be considered.

 

RIT/Project Lead the Way Scholarship

Applicant must have a minimum combined SAT score of 1800 (minimum combined ACT score of 26), a "B+" average, and be able to complete two or more "Project Lead The Way (PLTW)" courses. Letter of recommendation from a PLTW teacher, transcripts, and admissions application are required in order to be considered.
