Risk Management Association (RMA) Foundation Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: November 13

Applicant must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen who is a current undergraduate student interested in pursuing a career in the banking industry and has completed a minimum of two years of college majoring in accounting, business, finance, economics, banking, or related fields of study. Must be a full-time student with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

 

MetLife Foundation FFA Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: February 8

Applicants must be working toward four-year degrees in specific areas of agriculture including public service and administration, agribusiness management, range/soil science, public communications, plant or animal breeding and genetics, education, plant pathology, journalism, technology, extension, mechanization, public relations, finance, economics, sales, marketing or engineering. Applicants must also be residents of one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin or Wyoming. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.

 

Jane M. Klausman Women in Business Scholarship Fund

Award: $7,000, Deadline: July 1

Applicants must be women of any age pursuing a business or business-related program who demonstrate outstanding potential. Applicants must also have an outstanding academic record in their college career, and they must show intent to complete a business program.

 

Electronic Document Systems Foundation Scholarship Awards

Award: $5,000, Deadline: May 2

Applicants must be full-time students interested in a career in the preparation, production or distribution of documents. Possible areas of study include marketing, graphic arts, e-commerce, imaging science, printing, web authoring, electronic publishing, computer science, telecommunications or business. For most scholarships, applicants must be junior, senior or graduate students; however opportunities exist for students at all levels, including those attending two-year colleges. Specific scholarships are available for U.S. and Canadian citizens. A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required.

 

Lambeth Family Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicants must be enrolled in a degree-granting program in business, computer science, engineering, mathematics or the natural sciences. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.

 

Mas Family Scholarships

Award: $8,000, Deadline: January 30

Applicants must be majoring in or have plans to major in business, communications, economics, engineering, international relations or journalism. They must demonstrate leadership potential and a commitment to success in a democratic, free enterprise society. Selection is based on academic merit, personal essay, leadership ability, professional potential and character.

 

The $500 MBA Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: September 1

Applicants must be legal residents of the U.S. or international students with a valid visa. Students must be currently enrolled in a MBA program or planning on enrolling within the next 12 months. Applicants will need to leave a comment about their GMAT Test Prep/Admissions Consulting Company in order to apply.

 

TechChecks Business Leadership Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: June 15

Applicants must be high school seniors or current college students pursuing a degree in Business Administration or other business-related field. Minimum 3.5 GPA required. Students must be U.S. citizens and preference will be given to those who are female, have a disability, or belong to one of the following minority groups: African American, Hispanic/Latino, Asian American/Pacific Islander or Native American/American Indian (must provide proof of membership to a tribe). Students must submit an essay on the topic provided. Essay selection will be based on the quality of research, originality and presentation.

 

Fishbowl's Supply Chain Management Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: December 31

Applicants must be a U.S. citizen, enrolled at an accredited university and pursuing a business related degree. Students will submit a 600-word essay on one of the designated topics from the website. Essays must be submitted via email.

 

Business Award

Applicants must be new, full-time freshmen who are declared business majors and who are recipients of Adelphi academic scholarships.

 

Robert B. Willumstad Transfer Scholars Award

Applicants must be transfer students attending Adelphi enrolled in a major within the Business School. Students must maintain a 3.3 GPA or higher.

 

Brightest Minds MBA Scholarship Contest
