Required to be recommended for this scholarship by a local P.E.O. chapter. Nominee must be a female high school senior under 20 years old who will be attending an accredited institution. Must be a citizen or permanent residence of the United States or Canada. Minimum 3.0 GPA, student profile, student activity chart, one page essay, two reference letters, and transcripts required.
