Applicant must be entering college in the Fall of 2017 as a freshman at a four-year school for an undergraduate degree. Applicant must be involved in high school, intramural, or community-based sports and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Students are required to submit two essays and one recommendation as part of the application.
$5,000 will be awarded annually throughout the recipient's four-year college career.
