Applicant must be a high school graduate who is the dependent or spouse of an Oregon worker who has incurred permanent total disability (PTD) while working for an Oregon employer, or be receiving fatality benefits as a dependent or spouse of an Oregon worker fatally injured on the job while working for an Oregon employer.
