Applicant must be a female high school senior who has been accepted into a full-time course of study at an accredited U.S. institution of higher learning and has played golf regularly for two years but not on a competitive collegiate golf team. Applicant must be a dependent of a retired, deceased or current active duty member of any branch of the military, hold a valid military ID card, and reside within a 150 mile radius of Hanscom Air Force Base or be a dependent of a sponsor stationed at Hanscom Air Force Base.
