Applicant must have played a minimum of two years on a high school golf team and be accepted an preparing to play on a collegiate golf team. Official high school transcript, autobiographical essay (including background, career objectives, describing how golf has been an integral part of your life, and academic and professional goals), and three letters of recommendation from high school coach, PGA professional, junior golf program coordinator, high school teacher, counselor, principle, or local community representative or business leader are required to be submitted.

Applicants enrolled in a two-year or three-year (for Quebec) college will be entering the final year in the fall of the calendar year of application, and will have completed a minimum 30 or 60 credit hours respectively by the end of the semester.
