Applicant must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student at a two- or four-year college or university, who is a direct descendant of a 100th Infantry Battalion World War II veteran. Excellence in community service and academics must be demonstrated. Minimum 3.5 GPA required.
Recipient must apply every year. Special consideration may be given to past recipients.
