Applicant must be a graduating senior at Baltimore City College who has applied to, or been accepted at, an accredited U.S. college or university. Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA required.

Applicant must be a high school graduate who is planning to spend a year pursuing post-secondary Judaic studies full-time in Israel, is already enrolled in an accredited U.S. college or university who want to spend a semester or academic year engaging in Judaic studies at an institution in Israel, or who has declared a jewish studies major at any U.S. or Israeli college, university, yeshiva or seminary.
