Applicant must be a nonresident of Oklahoma, have high GPA and ACT scores, and be the child or grandchild of OSU alumni/ae.

 

Sun Devil Scholarship

Award: $6,500, Deadline: December 1

Applicant must be a high school senior enrolling for the fall semester as a full-time student. Applicant will be automatically considered for the award once they have been admitted to the university.

Amigo Scholarship

Applicant must have a minimum 3.5 high school GPA with minimum composite ACT score of 23 (combined SAT Reasoning score of 1070) or have a minimum 3.0 high school GPA with a minimum composite ACT score of 26 (combined SAT Reasoning score of 1170). Applicant must not be from New Mexico.

Undergraduate Scholarship for Full-Time Students of Swiss Descent

Award: $2,500, Deadline: March 6

Applicant must be of Swiss descent, live in Illinois or southern Wisconsin, and have a minimum 3.5 GPA. High school seniors must have a minimum composite ACT score of 26 (combined SAT score of 1050). Application must be requested between November 15 and February 1.

 

Boy Scout Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: April 15

Applicant must be a qualified Senior Boy Scout or Explorer, be a resident of Illinois, and submit a 500-word essay on the Legion's Americanism and Boy Scout programs.

 

MGMA Midwest Section Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: June 1

Applicant must reside in a Midwest section state and submit a letter stating career goals and objectives, a resume showing employment history with a brief narrative describing specific employment responsibilities in the health care field, and three letters of recommendation. Reference letters should address performance, character, potential to succeed, and need for scholarship support. Send for an application with a self-addressed, stamped, business-size envelope.

 

Scholarship for New Nebraskans

National Scholars Program

Applicant must not be a resident of Michigan or Ohio.

 

Mark Twain Nonresident Scholarship

Applicant must rank in top 50% of graduating high school class, have a minimum composite ACT score of 27 (combined SAT I score of 1210), and be a resident of any state except Missouri.

 

Illinois Future Teacher Corps Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen and a legal resident of Illinois. Applicant must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment on at least a part-time basis as an undergraduate in a qualified teacher education program at an approved Illinois institution in a teacher shortage discipline. Preference is given to minority applicants.

 

Out-of-State Collegiate Scholar

Award: $3,500, Deadline: December 1

Applicant must be an out-of-state first-time freshman student with a minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA and a minimum composite ACT score between 28 and 29 (combined SAT Reasoning score between 1250-1320).

 

Out-of-State Presidential Scholar

Applicant must be an out-of-state first-time freshman student with a minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA and minimum composite ACT score between 32 and 36 (combined SAT Reasoning score between 1400 and 1600).

 

Out-of-State Capstone Scholar

Applicant must be an out-of-state first-time freshman student with a minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA and a minimum composite ACT score of 27 (combined SAT Reasoning score between 1210 and 1240).

 

University Scholar Award

Award: $23,000, Deadline: December 1 (admittance date)

Applicant must rank in top 5% of their secondary school class or have a minimum 3.75 GPA with a minimum composite ACT score of 33.

 

Out-of-State Grant

Applicant must have a minimum 2.0 GPA and be a resident of any state except Kansas. FAFSA is required.

 

Edmond A. Metzger Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: February 1

Applicant must have at least a novice class amateur radio license, be a member of ARRL, and be attending school in the ARRL Central Division (Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin). Preference is given to residents of Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin who are majoring in electrical engineering.

 

Six Meter Club of Chicago Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: February 1

Applicant must have an amateur radio license. Preference is given to residents of Illinois studying in the state. Award may be granted to an Indiana or Wisconsin applicant if not qualified Illinois applicant applies.

 

Chicago FM Club Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: February 1

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or within three months of citizenship and have at least a technician class amateur radio license. Preference is given to residents of Illinois, Indiana, or Wisconsin (FCC Ninth Call District).

 

Sad Sack Nursing Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: April 1

Applicant must have been accepted into an approved nursing program in Illinois. Selection is based upon satisfactory academic record, character, extracurricular activities, and financial need.

 

Illinois PTA Lillian E. Glover Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be a high school senior who is graduating from an Illinois public high school and enrolling in a college or university in an education or education-related degree program. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

Out-of-State Tuition Assistance Scholarship
