Applicant must be currently seeking a bachelors, masters, or doctorate degree as a full-time student at an AACN member institution in the field of nursing. Special consideration will be given to students in a graduate program with the goal of becoming a nurse educator; students completing an R.N.-to-B.S.N or R.N.-to-M.S.N. program; and those enrolled in an accelerated program. Minimum 3.0 GPA, online application, and brief essay (250 word maximum) on goals and aspirations as they relate to education, career, and future plans required.

Applicant must be racial or an ethnic minority with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Graduate students who already have a bachelor's degree in nursing are not eligible.
