Award: $5,000, Deadline: April 25
Applicant must be a high school senior in Palm Beach County, FL who wishes to pursue a collegiate course of study in architectural design, interior design, or landscape design.
Award: $2,000, Deadline: March 15
Applicant must be from Broward, Dade, or Palm Beach County, have a minimum 2.75 GPA, and demonstrate written communication ability. Preference is given to Broward County residents; second preference is given to Dade County residents.

Applicant must be a United States citizen or legal permanent resident with a permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551 who is of Hispanic. Applicant must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and be a current sophomore enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance at a four-year accredited college or university in the United States; selected recipient must be enrolled as a junior during the following academic year. Program will be open as of fall 2009.

Applicant must be a resident of Palm Beach, Martin, or St. Lucie County, FL majoring in nursing at a college or university in Florida. Financial need and minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicants must be current high school freshmen, sophomores or juniors attending a high school or who are home-schooled. Students must write an essay on the topic, "You have been invited to talk to the future U.S. Secretary of Education. What would you say?" Selection is based on content, originality, clarity, insight and writing quality.
