Applicant must be a National Merit Finalist who has designated Arkansas State University - Searcy as his or her first-choice institution when completing the scholarship application. Preference will be given to applicants who have not won the award previously, members of the Minnesota Turkey Growers Association (MTGA), family members of MTGA members and employees of MTGA members.
