Applicants must plan to enroll full-time at an accredited North Dakota postsecondary institution and maintain a minimum 2.75 college GPA. The scholarship may not exceed $6,000 nor extend beyond six years. Students must complete one unit of algebra II, two units of an approved plan of study of career and technical education coursework and three additional units (two of which must be in the area of career and technical education). Applicants must also obtain a minimum grade of C or .5 unit per class, have a minimum cumulative GPA of a B and receive a minimum ACT score of 24 or a score of at least five on each of three WorkKeys assessments.

Applicants must be incoming freshmen at an Iowa four-year college or university. They must have been actively involved in FFA beef cattle projects. Preference will be given to applicants who have experience in cattle showmanship contest and expositions. Selection is based on livestock project participation, academic merit and leadership.

Applicants must be rising undergraduate freshmen at an Iowa postsecondary institution. They must have experience in beef projects and activities. Preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate an interest in continuing an involvement in the beef cattle industry after graduation from college. They must be planning to attend an Iowa postsecondary institution full-time at the undergraduate level beginning in the fall of the application year. They must have experience in swine projects and activities. Preference will be given to applicants who plan to work in the pork industry after graduation. Selection is based on academic merit, awards and recognitions, agricultural projects and professional plans.

They must be active members of a synagogue and have received their Ner Tamid or Etz Chaim religious emblems. Students must be high school seniors and demonstrate good citizenship and financial need.

Applicants must be Virginia high school seniors who have an unweighted GPA of 3.50 or higher. They must be accepted into or enrolled in an aviation-related program at an accredited postsecondary institution and must have plans to pursue a career in aviation. Selection is based on academic merit, personal essay, leadership skills and financial need.

They can be enrolled in or planning to enroll in any degree program but additional consideration may be given to those pursuing degrees in agriculture, fair management or the outdoor amusement business.
