In the video, contestants should explain who they are, what they hope to achieve in the culinary or hospitality industries, and why they deserve the scholarship and chance to study at the Institute of Culinary Education. Finalists will be determined by public vote; for every vote the Institute will make a donation to No Kid Hungry to help end childhood hunger in America.
