Pateman Scholarship

Music Scholarship

Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship

Applicant must have 40 transferable credits. If applicant is a nominee of All-USA Academic team, he or she is eligible for an additional $1,000 added to his or her PTK scholarship.

Barry M. Goldwater Scholarship

Applicant must be nominated by Mercer, have a minimum "B" GPA and rank in the top fourth of his or her class

 

Athletics Scholarships

Applicant must be a student on an athletic team at the university.

 

Rotary Foundation Ambassadorial Scholarship

Applicant must be interested in the humanitarian needs of the international community and be an ambassador of goodwill to the host country involved.

 

Morris K. Udall Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: December 1

Applicant must be nominated and must show commitment to preserving environmental resources and/or tribal public policy or health care. Applicant must have demonstrated leadership and be in the top quarter of his or her class.

 

Church Match Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: September 1 (fall); February 1 (spring)

Applicant must receive a matching scholarship from their church congregation and be enrolled full-time (12 hours per semester). The congregation must send the scholarship check with the completed application.

 

iSchool Scholarship

Award: $15,000, Deadline: March 1

Truman Scholarship

Award: $12,000, Deadline: February 5

Applicant must be planning to pursue a career in public service and needs to attend graduate school. Applicant must be nominated by his or her school's Truman Faculty Representative. Applicant must be in the top quarter of his or her class.

 

Transfer Award

Award: $2,500, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be an undergraduate transfer student in good standing with previous university. FAFSA must be completed and filed.

 

Transfer Merit Award

Award: $5,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be an undergraduate transfer student with high academic standing.

 

Pashcal Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: February 15 (priority)

Applicant must be a female student who is enrolled full-time and has declared a major in computer science, mathematics, chemistry, biology, or engineering. Entering freshmen Scholars must have a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1050 with at least a 550 on the quantitative portion (or equivalent ACT score) and a minimum 3.0 GPA. Financial need and FAFSA required.

 

Transfer Scholarship - Phi Theta Kappa

Award: $5,000, Deadline: February 15 (priority)

Students who are members of Phi Theta Kappa, the honor society for two-year colleges, and have at least 30 hours of transfer credit are eligible to receive Meredith's Phi Theta Kappa scholarship.
