Applicant must be a high school senior in the graduating class of 2015 with financial need and extraordinary community service accomplishments (far exceeding "minimum service hours" required by schools). Applicant must Reside in one of the following California counties: San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Monterey, San Benito, Merced, Stanislaus, Alameda, San Joaquin, Contra Costa, Solano, Yolo, Napa, Sonoma, or Marin.
