Award: $20,000, Deadline: February 1
Applicant must be an out gay man who is from the five county Philadelphia region (Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties) or Camden County, or who is attending an accredited college, or graduate or professional school anywhere within the Philadelphia region. Purpose of award is to encourage gay men to obtain additional education, aspire to positions in which they contribute to society, be open about their sexual orientation, and act as role models for other gay men with similar potential.
Award: $2,500, Deadline: February 15 (Priority)
Freshman applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and a minimum combined SAT I score of 900. Applicant must be in good academic standing and reside in the Delaware Valley.

Applicant must be a resident of the Delaware Valley and must demonstrate academic achievement, financial need, and involvement in extracurricular and/or community service activities.

Selection is based upon academic and leadership achievements. One award is given to the strongest applicant attending high school in each of the following counties: Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia.

Applicant must be a resident or graduate of a high school within the following Pennsylvania counties: Berks, Chester, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Montgomery, and Schuylkill.
Award: $2,500, Deadline: January 31
Applicant must be a United States citizen or legal permanent resident with a permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551 who is of Hispanic heritage. Applicant must be a graduating high school senior with a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale who plans to enroll as a full-time student in a degree-seeking program at a four-year accredited institution in the United States, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or Guam during the upcoming academic year. FAFSA is required. Program will begin as of fall 2009.
Award: $1,000, Deadline: April 15
Applicant must be a high school senior who plans to enroll in a full-time undergraduate course of study at an accredited two-year of four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school in the fall. Some requirements vary by county.
Award: $1,000, Deadline: May 4
Applicant must be an active Boy Scouts of America member for at least five years and attained the rank of Eagle. Must be a high school senior who resides in one of the following counties: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties in Pennsylvania and Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties in New Jersey. Leadership as a scout for at least one year must be demonstrated.
