Jenna Rose Pastelyak Scholarship

Applicant must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1000.

 

Ruth Redman Stephens Scholarship

Award: $1,350, Deadline: May 1

Applicant must rank in the top tenth of class, achieve high SAT scores, and be a good citizen.

 

Ina G. Tabor Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: May 1

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA in the social work major with 91 credits. High moral and ethical standards and a commitment to practice rural social work must be demonstrated.

 

Regional Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be a full-time, matriculated freshmen who is a graduate from a high school outside of New York State.

 

Rochester City School District Scholarship

Award: $12,500, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be a student from a public high school in the Rochester City School District. Selection based upon strength of academic program and number of eligible candidates.

 

Rosalinde and Arthur Gilbert Foundation/AFAR New Investigator Awards

Award: $75,000, Deadline: March 6

Applicant must be in the first four years of a junior faculty appointment. Projects in basic and translational research related to Alzheimer's disease that are clinically relevant, will be considered. Proposed research must be conducted at any type of not-for-profit setting in the United States or Israel.

 

Community College Transfer Scholarship Program

Award: $2,500, Deadline: March 15

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior who is a United States citizen or legal permanent resident and is of Hispanic heritage. Applicant must be enrolled as a student in a community college and have plans to transfer to a full-time, degree-seeking program at a four-year accredited college or university in the United States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Guam.

 

Martin Luther King Jr. Scholarship

Award: $8,500, Deadline: January 1

Applicant must demonstrate outstanding achievement in academics, leadership, social justice issues, and volunteerism.

 

Alumni Scholarship

Award: $9,000, Deadline: January 1

Applicant must be an incoming freshman at Seton Hall University who is the child, grandchild or sibling of an alumni.

 

Chicago Alumni Memorial Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: January 1

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and a minimum composite SAT score of 1650 (composite ACT score of 23), and reside in Illinois. Selection is based upon financial need.

 

Forensics, Speech and Debate Scholarship

New Jersey Firefighter Scholarship

NTA La Macchia Family Scholarship

Applicant must be a permanent resident of the U.S., enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student in a travel-and-tourism- or hospitality- related program of study at an accredited four-year college or university in the Wisconsin, with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Applicants will be entering junior or senior year in the fall of the calendar year of application, and will have completed a minimum of 60 or 90 credit hours respectively by the end of this semester or term. Applicant is required to submit a U.S. passport as proof of citizenship, or U.S. Alien Registration Card as proof of permanent residency, resume, two evaluations and letters of recommendation (one academic, one professional), an official transcript, and an essay. Essay topic: Discuss what segment of the travel and tourism or hospitality industry your current program of study focuses on. NTA Yellow Ribbon Scholarship

Applicant must be a permanent resident of United States or Canada with a physical or sensory disability (as defined by the 1990 Americans with Disabilities Act), enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student in a travel-and-tourism- or hospitality- related program of study at an accredited two-year, three-year, or four-year college or university in the U.S. or Canada, with a minimum 2.5 GPA. Applicants enrolled in a two-year college, will be entering the second year in the fall of the calendar year of application, and will have completed a minimum of 30 credit hours by the end of this semester or term. Applicants enrolled in a three-year school (Quebec) will be entering third year in the fall of the calendar year of application. Applicants enrolled in a four-year college or university will be entering junior or senior year in the fall of the calendar year of application, and will have completed a minimum of 60 or 90 credit hours respectively by the end of this semester or term.
