Applicant must be a high school junior or senior who lives and/or attends school in one of the following areas: Chicago, Illinois and suburbs of the area; Las Vegas, Nevada and suburbs of the area; Fairfield, Greens Farms, Redding, and Westport, Connecticut. Minimum 3.0 GPA and plans to attend an accredited college or university in the United States required.

Minimum 3.5 GPA, resume, statement of purpose, unofficial transcript, and one letter of recommendation required. Recipient must remain in good standing in degree program and complete a minimum of six graduate credits each semester of the scholarship year.
