Applicant must be attending a school located within the boundaries of a participating U.S. chapter. Selection is based upon academic achievement, leadership, and work experience.

Applicant must be a full-time freshman student entering this fall semester with a minimum 3.3 GPA. Selection will be based upon applicant's academic record, GPA, SAT Reasoning/ACT scores, TOEFL scores (for international students), essay, and a history of participation and leadership in extracurricular activities and community service.
