Houston Alumni Chapter Scholarship

Applicant must be a United States citizen from the Houston metropolitan area and a graduating high school senior OR a current AAMU undergraduate student who is in good standing with the University. Students who are graduating high school seniors must have at least a 3.00 GPA and have attained a score in the 50 percentile on the college entrance examination (ACT or SAT). Students who are current AAMU students must have a cumulative GPA of 2.85 and completed 30 semester hrs.

 

National Alumni Association Scholarship

Applicants must be freshmen, current Alabama A&M University students or students transferring from community colleges and other four-year institutions of higher education who meet the eligibility requirements.? Students currently receiving full scholarship awards from Alabama A&M University are ineligible for scholarship awards from the Alumni Association. Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA or financial need.

Applicants must be graduating high school seniors enrolled in a Madison County, Madison City, Huntsville City School, or parochial and private institution in Madison County or a current AAMU undergraduate student who is a Madison County resident and in good standing. Students who are high school seniors must have a minimum score on the ACT of 18. Students who are current AAMU undergraduate students must have a cumulative GPA of 2.50 and have completed 15 semester credit hours.
