Applicant must be a United States citizen or legal permanent resident with a permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551 who is of Hispanic heritage and is a current sophomore enrolled full-time with a minimum 3.0 GPA at a four-year accredited college or university in the United States; selected recipient must be enrolled as a junior during the award year.
