Applicant must be a U.S. resident who is enrolled in a foodservice or hospitality program at a college or university. Minimum 2.5 GPA, 1300 SAT, or 18 ACT score required. Transcripts, short answer/essay questions, and one letter of recommendation also required.

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior or college student enrolled at a Hospitality or Culinary college program in Florida. Must reside in Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, or St. John's county in Florida. Minimum 2.75 GPA, transcript, resume, and two letters of recommendation required. Preference will be given to employees at a NFHLA property or allied member business.

Applicants must be women of any age pursuing a business or business-related program who demonstrate outstanding potential. Applicants must also have an outstanding academic record in their college career, and they must show intent to complete a business program.
