Arlindo Jorge Scholarship Fund

Award: $1,000, Deadline: May 1

Applicant must be enrolled in the electrical and computer engineering major at the University of Massachusetts Amherst campus and in good academic standing. Strong preference given to applicants who show interest in taking courses in Portuguese language, literature and culture.

 

National Pathfinder Scholarship

Award: $2,500, Deadline: June 1

Applicant must be a female college sophomore, junior, senior or graduate student.

 

Carl F. Scott Scholarship Fund

Award: $2,188, Deadline: March 13

Applicant must be a full-time student enrolled in an approved two- or four-year nonprofit or public secondary educational institution. Applicant must meet one of the following requirements: biological child, stepchild, or adopted child of a member in good standing of Tucumcari Lodge No. 27, AF & AM; member in good standing of Tucumcari Assembly No. 4, Rainbow Girls or graduate of a Quay County High School. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

 

The Marsh Minority Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be a college junior, senior or masters level African-American or Hispanic student majoring in the field of allied health, education, general studies, nursing or sociology at West Texas A&M University.

 

Educational Grant

Award: $5,000, Deadline: May 4

Applicant must be the spouse of an active duty service member stationed at Fort Meade, Fort Bragg, Fort Polk, Fort Rucker, Fort Riley, Fort Sill, or Aberdeen Proving Ground.

 

AH&LEF Graduate Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: May 12

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, who has an undergraduate degree in hospitality, four years employment in the lodging industry after graduating, or is enrolled in a graduate hospitality management program. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

NorthCoast Medical

Award: $5,000, Deadline: December 4

Applicant must be currently enrolled and have completed at least one year of occupational therapy specific coursework in an AOTA accredited or developing post-professional level program, or be enrolled in an occupational therapy assistant program, have a sustained record of outstanding scholastic achievement, two personal references, and a statement from the program director. Applicant must be pursuing a post-baccalaureate degree, and this must be the first degree in occupational therapy.

 

Kappa Delta Phi

Award: $2,000, Deadline: December 4

Applicant must be currently enrolled and have completed at least one year of occupational therapy specific coursework in an AOTA accredited or developing post-professional level program, or be enrolled in an occupational therapy assistant program, have a sustained record of outstanding scholastic achievement, two personal references, and a statement from the program director. Applicant must be pursuing a post-baccalaureate degree, and this must be the first degree in occupational therapy. Preference given to residents of AZ, CA, FL, IA, IN, KY, MO, and OH.

Applicant must be pursuing a post-baccalaureate degree, and this must be the first degree in occupational therapy.

National Potato Council Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduate student who is pursuing advanced studies in agribusiness that supports the potato industry. Selection is based upon past academic achievement, leadership abilities and potato-related areas of graduate study (i.e. agricultural engineering, agronomy, crop and soil science, entomology, food sciences, horticulture, plant pathology, etc.).

 

Shirley Elings Memorial

Award: $600, Deadline: December 4

Applicant must be an Oregon Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) currently enrolled and have completed at least one year of occupational therapy specific coursework in an AOTA accredited or developing post-professional level program, or be enrolled in an occupational therapy assistant program, have a sustained record of outstanding scholastic achievement, two personal references, and a statement from the program director. Adelaide Ryerson Smith Memorial Award

Applicant must be an Arizona resident enrolled in an accredited occupational therapy educational program in the state of Arizona. Applicant must be a member of the Arizona Occupational Therapy Association.

 

The Florence Wood Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: December 4

Applicant must be an Arkansas resident enrolled in an accredited occupational therapy educational program in Arkansas.

 

District of Columbia Association Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: December 4

Applicant must be a resident of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area (DC, MD, and northern VA) enrolled in the occupational therapy educational program at Howard University. Applicant must also be a member of the District of Columbia Occupational Therapy Association.

 

Kansas Association Scholarship

Award: $750, Deadline: December 4

Applicant must be enrolled in an accredited or developing occupational therapy program, and a member of the Kansas Occupational Therapy Association.

 

Starfleet Academy Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: June 30

Applicant must be an active STARFLEET member who has been a member for at least one year on June 30 of the year applying and who is attending a community college, four-year college/university, technical school, junior college, or graduate school.

 

Louisiana Association Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: December 4

Applicant must be a Louisiana resident enrolled in an accredited occupational therapy educational program in Louisiana at the professional level.

 

The Karen Jacobs Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: December 4

Applicant must be a Massachusetts resident enrolled in an accredited occupational therapy educational program in Massachusetts (One $500 scholarship for the professional level, one $250 scholarship for an occupational therapy assistant program). Applicant must also be a member of the Massachusetts Association for Occupational Therapy.

 

Michigan Association Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: December 4

Applicant must be a member of the Michigan Occupational Therapy Association who is enrolled in an accredited occupational therapy educational program (one scholarship for professional degree level, one for associates degree level).

 

The Mary Eileen Dixey Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: December 4

Applicant must be a New Hampshire resident enrolled in an accredited occupational therapy educational program in New Hampshire at the professional Master's degree or Associate degree level.

 

The Julia D. Sweeney Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: December 4

Applicant must be a New Mexico resident enrolled in any accredited occupational therapy educational program in New Mexico at the professional or Associate's degree level. Applicant must also be a member of the New Mexico Occupational Therapy Association.

 

New York Association Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: December 4

Applicant must be a New York resident enrolled in an accredited occupational therapy educational program in New York State at the professional or associate degree level. Applicant must also be a member of the New York Occupational Therapy Association.

 

North Carolina Association Scholarship

Applicant must be a member of the North Carolina Occupational Therapy Association who is enrolled in an accredited occupational therapy educational program a the professional or associate level.
