The program allows the children of faculty members, staff and administrators of Council for Christian Colleges & Universities (CCCU) affiliated colleges to attend a CCCU-affiliated college tuition free. The Tuition Waiver Exchange Program (TWEP) is open to undergraduate dependents of full-time faculty, staff and/or administrators who have been at the sending institution for one full year prior to TWEP participation. Students admitted under the program are automatically renewed for up to four years as long as the student remains in good standing. Students apply directly to the institution(s) of their choice and must meet normal admissions requirements. Applicants should contact the admissions office at the 'sending institution' to begin the process.

Applicants must be high school seniors, Michigan residents and U.S. citizens who are involved in the GET-IT program and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Students must enroll in a degree program in information systems, business applications, computer science, instructional technology, health technology, computer engineering, software engineering, information security, graphics design, or music technology.

To be eligible applicants must be a Missouri resident and a United States citizen or permanent resident; have a composite score on the ACT or SAT in either: the top 3 percent of all Missouri students, or the top 4th or 5th percentiles of all Missouri. Applicants must also enroll as a first time student and receive the scholarship in the academic year immediately following high school graduation.

Applicants must be Michigan residents who are pursuing degrees in information systems, computer science, computer engineering, software engineering or information security and need a laptop to achieve their goals. Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Selection criteria include GPA, essay, technology-related activities, letters of recommendation, community service and completeness of application.

Applicants must be Alabama residents who are rising undergraduate freshman and have completed a scientific research project and an accompanying report of no more than 20 pages. They must have completed all college entrance requirements by October 1 of the year of application submission. Selection is based on the quality of the scientific research paper that is submitted as part of the application.

They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a four-point scale. Preference will be given to those who will be enrolling at the University of Missouri College of Agriculture as freshmen. Selection is based on 4-H achievements, stated career goals and financial need.

They must be either enrolled in or accepted into a hospital-related healthcare degree or certificate program, excluding any programs having a general education curriculum (such as pre-medicine programs). Applicants must have at least one year remaining in their program of study. They should have a GPA of 3.5 on a four-point scale in order to be competitive for this award. Selection is based on academic merit and financial need.
