Student-Athlete Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: September 30

Applicant must be a currently enrolled high school or junior college student-athlete who is planning to attend a four-year university.

 

Oregon State University and Cobalt Mortgage Dollars for Scholars Fund

Award: $2,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant but be planning to attend or currently attending Oregon State University. Selection based upon merit and financial need, along with a combination of factors such as community service, leadership, and unusual circumstances.

 

Pellerin Family Snohomish County Award

Award: $1,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be a graduating senior from any Snohomish County High School who is a member of the Boys and Girls club or the YMCA/YWCA and who plans to attend a four-year college, community college, or vocational/technical school. Applicant must be able to show either a commitment to community service or navigated unusual circumstances. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

Pellerin Family Special Education Award

Award: $1,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Marysville Pillchuck High School who has a transition plan in place for post-secondary education and/or training. Applicant must be a student who has qualified for special education service during their high school career.

 

Plano Texas Cobalt Mortgage Dollars for Scholars Award

Award: $1,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be a member of a Plano Boys & Girls Club or YMCA/YWCA under the age of 25 or be the son/daughter of a past or current client of a Plano Branch Loan Officer. Selection based on merit and financial need, along with a combination of factors such as community service, leadership, and unusual circumstances.

 

Rainier Beach/Garfield High School Music Award

Award: $1,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be a high school senior from Rainier Beach High School or Garfield High School who is under the age of 25 and is participating in the band. Selection based upon academic merit and financial need, as well as community service, leadership, and unusual circumstances.

 

RE/MAX Integrity - Issaquah Scholarship Award

Award: $2,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be a Issaquah High School senior who plans to attend an accredited post-secondary institution. Selection based upon academic merit and financial need.

 

Reno Nevada Cobalt Mortgage Dollars for Scholars Award

Award: $1,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be a member of a Reno Boys & Girls Club or YMCA/YWCA under the age of 25 or the son/daughter of a past or current client of a Reno Branch Loan Officer. Selection based upon merit and financial need, along with a combination of factors such as community service, leadership, and unusual circumstances.

 

Salt Lake City Utah and Cobalt Mortgage Dollars for Scholars Award

Award: $1,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be a member of a Salt Lake City Boys & Girls Club or YMCA/YWCA under the age of 25 or the son/daughter of a past or current client of a Salt Lake City Branch Loan Officer. Selection based upon merit and financial need, along with a combination of factors such as community service, leadership, and unusual circumstances.

 

B&L Alliance Outstanding Achievers Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be the child/dependent of a real estate agent or the child/dependent of a parent who is a current or past client of the B&L Alliance Team of Cobalt Mortgage in Maricopa County. Preferred applicants are or will be attending a four-year post-secondary institution, and have participated in extra curricular activities or worked while in high school.

 

Dan Faulkner Scholarship in Memory of Cory O'Brien

Award: $1,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be an Eastlake High School senior who plans to attend a four-year accredited post-secondary institution. Selection based upon academic merit and financial need.

 

Eric and Jaimie Garrett Scholarship Award

Award: $1,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be a Steilacoom High School senior who plans to attend an accredited post-secondary institution to study math, science, or a medical-related field. Selection based upon academic merit and financial need.

 

Kay and Shannon Windermere Real Estate Award

Award: $1,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be a member of a Seattle YWCA/YMCA who plans to attend a post-secondary institution. Selection based upon financial need and academic merit, along with a combination of factors such as community service, leadership, and unusual circumstances.

 

Liberato Family Scholarship Award

Award: $2,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be a Cheif Sealth High School senior who plans to study a business-related field. Preference is for the business field to be or include real estate, mortgage, or building/construction trades. Selection based upon merit and financial need, along with a combination of factors such as community service, leadership, and unusual circumstances.

 

Murphy Family Scholarship Award

Award: $3,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be a Juanita High School senior who plans to attend an accredited post-secondary institution in Washington State. Preferred applicants actively participate in athletics, band, or the performing arts. Selection based upon academic merit and financial need.

 

Rosenwald 5 Family Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be a Mercer Island High School senior who plans to attend a four-year accredited post-secondary institution. Selection based upon academic merit and financial need.

 

Tina McDonough Remax and Kevin Winter Scholarship Award

Award: $2,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be a Tahoma High School senior who plans to attend an accredited post-secondary institution. Selection based upon academic merit and financial need.

 

Tulsa Oklahoma Cobalt Mortgage Dollars for Scholars Award

Award: $1,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be a member of a Tulsa Boys & Girls Club or YMCA/YWCA under the age of 25 or the son/daughter of a past or current client of a Tulsa Branch Loan Officer. Selection based upon merit and financial need, along with a combination of factors such as community service, leadership, and unusual circumstances.

 

Virginia Wilkins Memorial Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior from Saint John Bosco Catholic Parish, in Lakewood/Steilacoom, Washington. Selection based upon academic merit and financial need, along with community service, leadership, and unusual circumstances. Written verification by Saint John Bosco Catholic Parish Youth Minister is required documenting four active high school years of youth group service and involvement.

 

Young Female Leaders in Science Scholarship Award

Award: $2,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be a female high school senior who is currently attending a high school in the Deer Valley Unified School District in Arizona. Applicant must have goals to major in a field of science at a two- or four-year institution, excluding vocational-technical schools. Selection based upon academic merit and financial need, along with community service, leadership, and unusual circumstances.

 

Family Epilepsy Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: May 5

Applicant must be a legal resident of the United States who has been diagnosed with epilepsy by a physician or the immediate family member (parent, spouse, child, sibling) or caregiver of someone diagnosed with epilepsy. Applicant must be seeking an associate's, undergraduate, or graduate degree or be currently enrolled in a trade school educational program.

 

Charles L. Gittens Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: April 15

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior interesting in pursuing a career in criminal justice or law enforcement.

 

Larry Bolden Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: April 15

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Pittsburgh, PA high school.

 

Glee Club Alumni Memorial Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be an undergraduate at Fordham University who is a member of the Glee Club. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

George Camillery Memorial Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be an undergraduate at Fordham University who will major in pre-medicine, has at least one deceased parent, or is of Maltese descent. Academic achievement, financial need and minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

Charles McGovern, Jr. Memorial Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be enrolled full-time in the Gabelli School of Business who is challenged by a physical or mental disability.

 

Vista Health Solutions Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: August 1

Applacint must be enrolled in college for the upcoming fall semester and be working towards an undergraduate degree. Essay (1,000 to 1,500 words) on the following topic is required: 'How will I stay in control of my health during my college years?'

 

GotChosen Monthly Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: Last day of every month

Applicant must be a high school, college, or graduate school student in any field of study. GPA, essay, and financial need are not required. Applicant must apply every month in order to be considered; winner chosen by random drawing. Award must be used for educational expenses.
