Umatilla Electric Cooperative Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant or applicant's spouse or parents/legal guardians must be active members of the Umatilla Electric Cooperative (UEC) and be receiving service from UES at their primary residence. Applicant must be a graduate of a high school in Morrow or Umatilla County. FAFSA required.

 

Umatilla Electric Cooperative - Electrical Engineering Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a resident of Morrow, Umatilla, or Union County who will be enrolling as a college sophomore or above in electrical engineering at a public or nonprofit college or university. FAFSA required.

 

Umpqua Community College Social Science Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a current Umpqua Community College outstanding social science student who has attended UCC for at least one year and will transfer to a four-year public or nonprofit college or university. FAFSA required.

 

Union County Cattlewomen's Memorial Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a resident of Union County enrolling as a college sophomore or above in an agricultural studies program at a public or nonprofit college or university.

 

Myron D. Kiesling Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: February 1

Applicant must be an entering freshman or currently enrolled student pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering or nursing at an accredited college or university. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

Carmen Robinson Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a resident of Union County enrolling as a college sophomore or above in an agricultural studies program at a public or nonprofit college or university.

 

University Club of Portland Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be an employee of the dependent of an employee of the University Club of Portland. FAFSA and minimum 2.5 GPA required.

 

Valsetz Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be either a student enrolled at Valsetz School District 62, a previous graduate of Valsetz High School, or a graduating senior of a Polk County high school. Minimum 2.0 GPA required.

 

Vivian Vickers Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a Lincoln County resident or a graduate of a Lincoln County high school who has completed at least one year at an accredited college, university, or other post-secondary institution by the scholarship deadline. FAFSA and minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

Flora M. Von Der Ahe Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduate of an Umatilla County high school. FAFSA and minimum 2.5 GPA required. U.S. Bank employees, their children, and near relateives are not eligible.

 

Watson Nursing Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must major in nursing. Preference to graduates of Jackson or Josephine County high schools, or those attending Oregon Health & Science University. FAFSA required.

 

Troy Yost Memorial Scholarship

Award: $1,500, Deadline: February 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior of any Wyoming high school who will be attending the University of Wyoming or other in-state junior and community colleges and pursuing a degree in art. Selection based upon academic record and achievement, financial need, and participation in community and extra-curricular activities. Financial aid and recommendation from art teacher are required.

 

Weathers Educational Trust Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must have received all secondary education in Lowell and attend a four-year public college or university in Oregon.

 

John Paul Brown Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduate of West Linn High School who will attend a college or university in Oregon. FAFSA required.

 

Max W. Burns Memorial/White City Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduate of a Jackson County high school who resides in Jackson County. FAFSA and minimum 2.5 GPA required.

 

Dr. Will Wilcut Memorial Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduate of Triangle Lake, Crow, or Elmira High School who has overcome a challenge or obstacle.

 

Willamette Valley Scholarship for Science and Health Training and Education

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduate of a high school in the Willamette Valley who will major in engineering, science, or traditional health fields at a public or nonprofit college or university. FAFSA and minimum 2.75 GPA required.

 

Doris J. Wipper Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduate of Linn, Marion, or Polk County high schools who will attend a public or nonprofit college or university. FAFSA required.

 

Women Helping Women Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a female resident of Clackamas, Multnomah, or Washington County who will attend a public or nonprofit college or university. FAFSA and essay required.

 

Woodard Family Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be an employee of the dependent of an employee of Kimwood Corporation who will attend a public or nonprofit college or university in Oregon. FAFSA required.

 

Woodard Family Scholarship II

Applicant must be a graduate of the following high schools: Cottage Grove, Creswell, Kennedy Alternative (Cottage Grove), North Douglas, Yoncalla, Blue Mountain School (Cottage Grove), South Lane Academy, or South Lane Christian School who will attend a public or nonprofit college or university in Oregon. FAFSA required.

 

Career Aid for Technical Students

Award: $3,500, Deadline: June 1

Applicant must be a legal New Hampshire resident under age 24 who is a dependent student with a high school diploma or GED and will enroll at least half-time at an accredited school or program. Financial need must be demonstrated. Applicant must be entering a two- or three-year degree program, or a shorter-term technical training program.
