Applicants must be majoring in accounting, business administration, economics, finance, hospitality management, human resources management, international relations, information technology (IT/MIS), management (including supply chain and information systems) or marketing and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a four-point scale. Applicants must also hold a passion for education and value the characteristics exemplified by Bruce Lee. Students may be interviewed by phone if chosen as final contenders. They must be undergraduate engineering students who have been chosen by their student section or academic department head to participate. Applicants must do a 20-minute oral presentation on a relevant engineering topic. Selection is based on presentation content, organization, delivery, effectiveness and discussion.
