Ohio Association Scholarships

Award: $1,000, Deadline: December 4

Applicant must be an Ohio resident enrolled in an accredited occupational therapy program in Ohio at the professional or associate degree level or a graduate educational program in a field related to occupational therapy.

 

Oklahoma Association Scholarships

Award: $500, Deadline: December 4

Applicant must be an Oklahoma resident enrolled in an accredited occupational therapy educational program in Oklahoma at the professional or technical level. Applicant must also be a member of the Oklahoma Occupational Therapy Association.

 

Oregon Association Scholarship

Award: $1,100, Deadline: December 4

Applicant must be an Oregon resident enrolled at Pacific University in the occupational therapy educational program.

 

The Chris Ebbers Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: December 4

Applicant must be a South Carolina resident enrolled in an accredited occupational therapy educational program in South Carolina at the professional or associate degree level.

 

Texas Association Scholarships

Award: $2,000, Deadline: December 4

Applicant must be a Texas resident enrolled in an accredited occupational therapy program in Texas at the professional, associate or certificate level. Applicant must also be a member of the Texas Occupational Therapy Association.

 

Judith Cary Leadership Memorial Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be a student who is pursuing either a bachelor's or master's degree in special education. Completion of a minimum of two years of undergraduate work is required.

 

Founder's Scholarship

Applicant must be a current college student or a high school student entering college next year who is an Atheist.

 

Bruce T. and Jackie Mahi Erickson Scholarship

Award: $800, Deadline: April 1

Applicant must be a classified undergraduate or graduate student who is enrolled in a degree-seeking program as a full time student at a two- or four-year college institution pursuing studies in the creation of crafts, art and photography, and/or independent research relating to historical Hawaiian crafts and arts. Applicant must demonstrate interest in Hawaiian language, culture, and history and commitment to contribute to the greater community.

Applicant must be a classified undergraduate or graduate student who is enrolled in a degree-seeking program as a full time student at a two- or four-year college institution pursuing Hawaiian studies or Hawaiian language. Applicant must demonstrate interest in Hawaiian language, culture, and history and commitment to contribute to the greater community.

 

Charles Cockett 'Ohana Scholarship

Applicant must be a classified undergraduate or graduate student who is enrolled in a degree-seeking program at a two- or four-year college institution majoring in Hawaiian studies/language/culture and/or education. Applicant must demonstrate interest in Hawaiian language, culture, and history and commitment to contribute to the greater community.

 

Choy-Kee 'Ohana Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: April 1

Applicant must be a classified undergraduate or graduate student who is enrolled in a degree-seeking program as a full time student at a two- or four-year college institution. Applicant must demonstrate interest in Hawaiian language, culture, and history and commitment to contribute to the greater community. Essay addressing what the biggest problem in Hawai'i is and how you would solve it is required.

 

Dan and Rachel Mahi Educational Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: April 1

Applicant must be a classified undergraduate or graduate student who is enrolled in a degree-seeking program as a full time student at a two- or four-year college institution. Applicant must demonstrate interest in Hawaiian language, culture, and history and commitment to contribute to the greater community.

 

Daniel Kahikina and Millie Akaka Scholarship

Award: $900, Deadline: April 1

Applicant must be a classified undergraduate or graduate student who is enrolled in a degree-seeking program as a full time student at a two- or four-year college institution. Applicant must demonstrate interest in Hawaiian language, culture, and history and commitment to contribute to the greater community. Recipients are strongly encouraged to provide a minimum of 10 hours of community service to the Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement.

 

Denis Wong & Associates Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: April 1

Applicant must be a classified undergraduate or graduate student who is enrolled in a degree-seeking program as a full time student at a two- or four-year college institution pursuing an undergraduate degree in liberal arts or science, or a graduate degree in a professional field. Applicant must demonstrate a well-rounded and balanced record of achievement in preparation for career objectives.

Applicant must be a classified undergraduate or graduate student who is enrolled in a degree-seeking program as a full time student at a two- or four-year college institution. Utah Association Scholarship

Applicant must be a resident of Utah who is currently enrolled in an accredited occupational therapy educational program. Applicant must also be a member of the Utah Occupational Therapy Association.

 

West Virginia Association Awards

Applicant must be a West Virginia resident enrolled in an accredited occupational therapy program in the United States at the professional or associate degree level.

 

Wisconsin Association Awards

Applicant must be a Wisconsin resident or a student in Wisconsin, who is enrolled in an accredited occupational therapy educational program in Wisconsin at the professional or associate degree level.

 

Elekta Radiation Therapy Scholarship

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen, national or permanent resident enrolled in an accredited radiologic science program, who will finish the degree or certificate program after September 1, 2012. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

Jerman-Cahoon Student Scholarship

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen, national or permanent resident enrolled in an accredited magnetic resonance, nuclear medicine, radiography or sonography program, who will finish the degree or certificate program after September 1, 2012. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

Royce Osborn Minority Student Scholarship

Applicant must be a minority U.S. citizen, national or permanent resident enrolled in an accredited magnetic resonance, nuclear medicine, radiation therapy, radiography, or sonography program, who will finish the degree or certificate program after September 1, 2012. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

Varian Radiation Therapy Advancement Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: March 30

Applicant must be an ASRT member who holds an unrestricted state license or is registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (or equivalent certifying body) who has applied to or is currently attending an accredited degree or certificate program to further their career in the radiation therapy field, and will not finish until after September 1, 2012.

 

Siemens Clinical Advancement Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: March 30

Applicant must be an ASRT member who holds an unrestricted state license or is registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (or equivalent certifying body) who has applied to or is currently attending an accredited degree or certificate program to enhance their clinical practice skills in medical imaging, and will not finish until after September 1, 2012.

 

Medical Imaging Educators Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: March 30

Applicant must be an ASRT member who holds an unrestricted state license or is registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (or equivalent certifying body) who has applied to or is currently attending an accredited degree or certificate program to enhance their position as a program director, faculty member, clinical coordinator or clinical instructor, and will not finish until after September 1, 2012.

 

APIASF/Target

Award: $2,500, Deadline: January 13

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen, national or legal permanent resident of the U.S. of Asian and/or Pacific Islander ethnicity (as defined by the U.S. Census) who is enrolling in an accredited college or university as a full-time student in the upcoming academic year. Preference given to pharmacy majors and upperclassmen. Minimum 2.7 GPA required.

Applicant must be a BBNC shareholder with a high school diploma or GED, who is enrolled in an accredited college or university as a full-time student, or as a part-time student enrolled in at least six credit hours, and demonstrates financial need. Minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA required.
