Mobility Scholarship Program

Applicant must be an undergraduate or graduate student who uses a mobility device such as a wheelchair, power scooter, crutches, or rollator on a regular basis. Minimum 3.0 GPA and essay regarding the following required: Describe a time when you faced a major obstacle. What did you do and what did the experience teach you?

 

Online Games Scholarship

Applicant must be a college-bound graduating high school senior or currently enrolled in college in the United States. Essay on the following topic required: What are the biggest challenges in the mobile games industry today? How do you see those challenges evolving in the future?

 

Sweet & Simple Scholarship

Award: $1,500, Deadline: February 28

Applicant must be a U.S. resident who is 13 years of age or older. Essay on the following topic required: Not every gift has to be expensive or extravagant. In fact, sometimes it's the sweet and simple things that make a real difference in our lives. Think back and tell us about something you received as a gift and why it meant so much to you.

 

Console & Hollawell Paralegal Scholarship

Applicant must be a student attending a community college, technical school or business school in the United States who is pursuing a degree or certification in paralegal studies, legal assistant, court reporting or other law-related field. Engineering for You Video Contest

Applicant must fall into one of the following categories: high school student, tertiary education student (two-year college through graduate school, full- or part-time, NAE Frontiers of Engineering and Frontiers of Engineering Education Participants/Alumni, NAE Member/Foreign Associate, or the general public). A one- to two-minute video showing engineering contributions that serve human welfare and the needs of society occurring anywhere during the time period 1964 to 2064 is required. Best overall video will receive maximum award amount; People's Choice Award and top videos in each competition category are legible for a prize of up to $5,000.

Applicant must be a college or graduate student who is currently enrolled in a program for this year. Essay on the following topic is required: 'The Way We Say Hello and How It Has Developed In Space And Time.'

 

Music Video Scholarship

Applicant must be a high school student who has taken the ACT or SAT and has a minimum 3.0 GPA or a full-time college student with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Applicant must create a comedy music video that demonstrates what it's like to be a student in high school or college.

 

Nurse I Am Scholarship Information

Award: $2,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment in an accredited LVN/LPN, RN degree (ADN or BSN), diploma, or RN-to-BSN program, and must begin/have begun classes no later than January 31. Essay required.

 

Auto Insurance Essay Scholarship

Applicant must be a high school senior (graduating this year) who has taken the SAT or ACT and has a minimum 3.0 GPA or a college student with a minimum 2.5 GPA. Essay on the importance of having auto insurance is required.

 

ASCO Numatics Industrial Automation Engineering Scholarship

Applicant must be a United States citizen or legal resident who is an engineering students pursuing a career in an industrial automation-related discipline.

 

AfterCollege Sales & Marketing Student Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: March 31; June 30; September 30; December 31

Applicant must be a student working toward a bachelor's or master's degree with an interest in a career in sales or marketing. Minimum 3.0 GPA, good standing in program, and personal statement required. Applicant must complete their profile which will be the criteria (with specific emphasis on the personal statement) used to determine the recipient of the award. The personal statement should reflect the applicant's interest in the field and the characteristics that will make them a successful salesperson or marketer.

 

AfterCollege Finance and Insurance Careers Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: March 31; June 30; September 30; December 31

Applicant must be a current student working toward a bachelor's, master's or doctorate degree in: accounting, actuarial sciences, banking, economics, finance, financial management, insurance, risk management, or related majors. Minimum 3.0 GPA and good standing in program required. Applicant must click the blue Apply button on the AfterCollege application page and complete their AfterCollege profile which will be the criteria (with specific emphasis on the personal statement) used to determine the recipient of the award.

 

Rowe Fund Interest-Free Loan Program

Applicant must be Latin American or Caribbean citizen with an international student visa (F, J, or M) allowing them to study full-time in the United States. Applicant must be accepted as full-time student in an accredited institution of higher learning. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
