Physically Challenged Athletes Scholarship

Applicant must be an athlete who has participated in organized youth, high school, or collegiate athletics while sustaining a life changing accident or illness. Personal statement, three letters of recommendation, verification of disability, and GPA of 2.5 or higher required.

 

Math-O-Vision Contest

Applicant(s) must be a U.S. citizen and high school student who is at least 13 years old. May work either individually or in a group. Required to make a four minute movie that tells a story about mathematics

 

Young Christian Leaders Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: 15th of each month

Applicant must be a high school senior or full-time current college student who is a permanent resident of New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut and is an active member of their local church (college students who attend school away from their home will be evaluated on an individual basis). Minimum 3.0 GPA required. Awarded on a monthly basis with a deadline of the 15th of each month.

East Village Scholar Essay Contest

The Brower Youth Award for Environmental Leadership

Applicant must be living and North America and between the ages of 13 and 22. Photograph and letter of recommendation required. Winner will receive cash award, a professionally produced short film about their work, and flight and lodging accommodations for a week long trip to the San Francisco Bay Area.
