Employee must work for a company involved in the mining and processing of coal that is located within the following W.Va. counties: Boone, Braxton, Cabell, Calhoun, Clay, Fayette, Greenbrier, Jackson, Kanawha, Lincoln, Logan, Mason, McDowell, Mercer, Mingo, Monroe, Nicholas, Pocahontas, Putnam, Raleigh, Randolph, Roane, Summers, Wayne, Webster, and Wyoming.
