Applicant must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and a minimum composite ACT score of 26. Applicant must be in a Arts & Sciences, College of Business, or College of Technology program.
Award: $2,000, Deadline: February 15
Applicant must be a graduating high school senior living in the KFDA viewing area, who plans to major in pre-engineering as an incoming freshman at West Texas A&M University. Applicant should have dual or AP credit for pre-calculus or calculus I, be ranked in the top quarter of their high school class, and have a minimum ACT composite score of 28 (with minimum ACT math score of 30). Minimum 3.0 GPA required for 14 credit hours in the fall semester.
Award: $1,300, Deadline: March 1
Applicant must be a graduating high school senior from one of the following counties in Tennessee: Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Claiborne, Cocke, Kno, Loudon, Morgan, Roane, or Sevier. Applicant must be planning to pursue a degree in science (ie. bio-medical engineering, environmental science, physics, chemistry, pre-engineering) at one of the following schools: Roane State Community College, Pellissippi State Community College, Walters State Community College, or Maryville College.

Applicant must be a full-time undergraduate engineering or pre-engineering student pursuing a B.S. degree or trade school student in a course of study for the HVAC&R profession. Minimum 2.5 GPA and short essay regarding the following question required: What inspired you to become an engineer or HVAC&R professional?
